Política de cancelación
Thank you for choosing Trámites Plus+. Please arrive on time to prevent delays in your service. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling can be done directly through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit (if applicable). A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a fee or may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. If your service requires a deposit: Deposits are applied toward your final service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Some trámites require original documents, copies, or specific identification. Please review your confirmation email for the required items for your appointment. Some services may be completed virtually via Zoom.
